File requirements: Your artwork must have a true transparent background and be at least 300 DPI. Customer-submitted files that don’t meet these requirements may be rejected. ChatGPT or other AI-generated images must also meet our print-ready requirements and may be rejected if they don’t. Files with heavy ink coverage or backgrounds may require an additional print charge due to the extra ink needed.
